This is the Mississippi Valley Orchestra's second year presenting an all Latin-music concert, which is supported in part by a grant from the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council.

Ed Schlueter was directing the performance, who is the founder of the Mississippi Valley Orchestra and has taught at Henry Sibley High School for 36 years.

The concert contained Cuban, Mexican, and Spanish music.
